With a Hamburg Airport parking shuttle, you don’t leave your car right at the terminal but at a car park close to the airport – and a shuttle bus takes you to your flight and back again after your trip. How it works in five steps
1. Book online
Enter your travel dates in the booking form on our home page, see the rate and book your parking space online. Please add everyone travelling with you at the same time: the parking price covers the shuttle for up to four people. For anyone who was not registered in advance and joins on the day of arrival, a flat fee of €20.00 per person is charged on site.
If your return flight lands late or a delay is likely, it is worth taking a look at the Flex rate including shuttle insurance (€9.99). There is more on this below under shuttle times.
2. Getting to Norderstedt
Drive to Aspelohe 42, 22848 Norderstedt. Our parking and opening hours are daily from 03:00 to 00:00. Please allow about 45 minutes extra for the parking service. The handover and transfer themselves only take a few minutes, but this leaves you time to spare in case anything holds you up on the way. You can view the route in Google Maps before you set off.
3. Handing over your car
On site, we inspect your car together with you. Any existing damage is recorded in the handover report, in writing and with photos. You then hand over the vehicle and the key. Please point out anything unusual, such as lowered suspension, spoilers or loose parts. It is best to take valuables with you: under our terms and conditions we are generally not liable for items left inside the vehicle or in the boot.
4. Shuttle to the airport
Our modern, air-conditioned shuttle buses take you to Hamburg Airport in about 6 minutes. If you have a short wait, there is a waiting area on site with seating and a snack machine.
5. Return and pick-up
After landing, collect your luggage first. Then go to Terminal 1, departures level (upper floor) and scan the QR code there to register your return trip. Please only scan it once you are actually ready to be collected at the meeting point. Our shuttle bus will then pick you up shortly and take you back to your car. You pay when your vehicle is handed back – in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

Shuttle times and night surcharge
The shuttle transfer is free of charge every day from 03:00 to 00:00. For journeys between 00:00 and 03:00 we charge a night surcharge of €35.00 per transfer under our terms and conditions. If you choose the Flex rate (€9.99) when booking, you do not pay this surcharge.
Changing your travel dates
If your flight changes, please let us know in good time, at the latest one hour before the agreed time. The quickest way is to call us on +49 40 57307641.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed handover time. If you cancel later than that, we charge the full agreed price.
Parking period
Your car can stay with us for up to three months; longer periods must be agreed in writing in advance. If the agreed parking period is exceeded, our terms and conditions provide for a charge of €15 – €25 per additional day.
Security at the car park
Our car park is fenced, has an entrance gate and is monitored by CCTV around the clock.
Valeting while you are away
If you like, we can valet your car while you are travelling: in three packages for €99.99, €149.99 or €199.99. Book the valeting at the latest when you hand over your car; you pay for it together with the parking fee when you collect your vehicle.

Is the shuttle to Hamburg Airport included in the parking price?
Yes. The transfer there and back is included in the parking price, for up to four people. The shuttle runs free of charge daily from 03:00 to 00:00; for journeys between 00:00 and 03:00 we charge €35.00 per transfer under our terms and conditions – with the Flex rate (€9.99) this surcharge does not apply.
