Does the shuttle service cost extra?
No, the shuttle transfer to Hamburg Airport is included in your parking price. The return transfer to your vehicle is covered as well.
The parking price you book covers up to four people for the shuttle transfer. For shuttle journeys between 00:00 and 03:00 we charge a night surcharge of €35.00 per transfer under our terms and conditions; with the Flex rate including shuttle insurance (€9.99) it does not apply. Please state everyone travelling with you when you book: for additional people not registered in advance, a flat fee of €20.00 per person is charged on site.
How much time should I allow for parking?
Taking over your vehicle and the transfer to the airport take only a few minutes. Hamburg Airport generally advises passengers to be at the airport around two to two and a half hours before departure. We ask you to allow an additional buffer of about 45 minutes for our parking service.
How can I pay?
You pay when your vehicle is handed back – simply in cash, by debit card or by credit card.
Can I cancel my booking?
We all know how it is. Flight times change, holiday or travel plans have to be moved. In that case you can of course cancel your booking. Please always let us know about changes to your travel dates as early as possible. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed handover time, no cancellation fee applies. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, we are entitled to reasonable compensation, which includes a cancellation charge of 50% of the agreed price.
When does the shuttle run and where am I picked up?
The shuttle transfer is free of charge every day from 03:00 to 00:00. For shuttle journeys between 00:00 and 03:00 a night surcharge of €35.00 per transfer is charged; with the Flex rate including shuttle insurance (€9.99) it does not apply.
After landing, first go to baggage reclaim and then to Terminal 1, departures level (upper floor). Scan the QR code there to register your return trip with our shuttle – please only do so once you are ready to be collected at the meeting point. Our shuttle bus will then pick you up shortly.
