If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place insofar as it is technically feasible.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.
When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Encrypted payment transactions on this website
If, after concluding a contract subject to a charge, there is an obligation to provide us with your payment data (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation), this data is required for payment processing.
Payment transactions using the usual means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) take place exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.
With encrypted communication, the payment data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, deletion and correction

You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time to do so. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the check, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data took place or is taking place unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may – apart from being stored – only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or of a member state.
Objection to advertising e-mails
The use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for the purpose of sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam e-mails.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
Our web pages use what are known as “cookies”. Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping basket function or the display of videos). Other cookies serve to evaluate user behaviour or to display advertising.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions requested by you (e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. Where consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG); consent may be withdrawn at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Insofar as cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you of this separately within the framework of this privacy policy and, if necessary, request your consent.
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Enquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is connected with the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this has been requested; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The data you send to us via contact enquiries remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Contacting us via WhatsApp
On this website you will find buttons that allow you to write to us via the WhatsApp messenger. These buttons are simple links: no content is loaded from WhatsApp, and a connection to WhatsApp is only established when you click one of the buttons. The provider of the service is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.
If you write to us via WhatsApp, we process your mobile phone number, the name stored in your WhatsApp account and the content of your message in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is connected with a contract or with pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries promptly). We have no influence on the data processing carried out by WhatsApp itself; for details please refer to the WhatsApp privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
Your message remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected. If you do not wish to use WhatsApp, you can reach us just as easily by telephone or e-mail.
5. Plugins and tools
Bunny Fonts
To ensure that fonts are displayed consistently, this website uses what are known as web fonts provided by Bunny Fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts from the Bunny Fonts servers. The provider is BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta Komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the servers of Bunny Fonts. As a result, Bunny Fonts becomes aware that this website has been accessed via your IP address. According to the provider, no cookies are set in the process and visitors' IP addresses are not stored permanently.
Bunny Fonts is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the consistent presentation of the typeface on our website. Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Further information can be found in the Bunny Fonts privacy policy: https://bunny.net/privacy/.
Images from Unsplash
On this website, individual photos are loaded directly from the servers of the image service Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). The provider is Unsplash Inc., 338 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 1R9, Canada.
When you call up a page containing such a photo, your browser establishes a connection to the Unsplash servers. As a result, Unsplash becomes aware that this website has been accessed via your IP address. This takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in fast and reliable delivery of the images. An adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for Canada.
Further information can be found in the Unsplash privacy policy: https://unsplash.com/privacy.
6. eCommerce and payment providers
Online booking (ParkStar booking window)
On the home page, the booking window of our booking system ParkStar is embedded as an inline frame (parkpool.parkstar.de). When you call up the page, your browser establishes a connection to the ParkStar servers and in doing so transmits technical data such as your IP address.
The details you enter in the booking window – in particular arrival and departure date, time, number of persons, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, vehicle and flight details as well as the chosen method of payment – are processed in order to handle your booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). The operator of ParkStar processes this data for us as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Your booking data is deleted as soon as the purpose for processing it no longer applies. Statutory retention periods – in particular those under tax and commercial law – remain unaffected.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to make use of the service or to invoice it.
The customer data collected is deleted once the order has been completed or the business relationship has ended. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Transfer of data when concluding a contract for services and digital content
We transfer personal data to third parties only where this is necessary within the scope of contract processing, for example to the credit institution commissioned with payment processing.
The data is not transferred further, or only if you have expressly consented to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Payment services
We integrate payment services from third-party companies on our website. When you make a purchase with us, your payment data (e.g. name, payment amount, bank details, credit card number) is processed by the payment service provider for the purpose of payment processing. The respective contractual and data protection provisions of the respective providers apply to these transactions. The payment service providers are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract processing) and in the interest of a payment process that is as smooth, convenient and secure as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as your consent is requested for certain actions, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for the data processing; consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
